The group agreement

Every man who joins agrees to this. It is short because it is common sense.

1. Nobody finishes alone. We go at the pace of the slowest man there, and somebody always walks at the back.
2. What is said on a walk stays on the walk. Do not repeat other men's business, online or off.
3. No pressure. Nobody has to talk, explain why they came, or come back next week.
4. Be decent. No bullying, no discrimination, no turning up drunk. Leaders can ask anyone to leave a session.
5. Look out for each other. If you are worried about someone, have a quiet word with a leader. That is what they are there for.
