Monday Night 5k
Monday 19 October, 18:30 to 19:30. Riverside car park.
Three pace groups, and a walking group at the back.
Five kilometres along the river and back. Nobody finishes alone. Brew and a chat after at the cafe.
What to expect
Turn up ten minutes early and say hello. We split into groups by pace, so nobody is left at the back on their own.
